  • Book your first complimentary session and let me assess how you move, understand if there are any injuries we need to address and to see if we will be a good fit training together!

  • In your first session, we’ll discuss your goals and I’ll come up with a plan so that we can put the right steps into action to crush those goals.

  • Set up a recurring session so we can stay accountable for what you want and need.

  • Movements and lifts are constantly monitored & adjusted in order to continually progress and maximize results.

Hi Im Robert, and I have been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. After graduating from SFU with a Degree in Kinesiology, I started my health and fitness career working as the Head Strength Coach and Athletic Trainer for a few Junior A hockey clubs across Canada.

After winning a provincial title during my final season in Saskatchewan, I decided to return home to Vancouver and begin my career as a personal trainer. Three years later, honing my craft in the PT field, I started Coast Athletics in 2020 to carry on my passion for fitness and helping clients reach their goals through strength and conditioning.

On the training floor, I enjoy keeping the sessions fun, energetic, and judgment-free while incorporating foundational movement patterns and the progressive overload principle in order to help my clients see improvement and increase their performance.
