  • Get fully customized coaching from a kinesiology graduate at our East Vancouver gym. Every session is tailored to your goals, whether that's building strength, improving mobility, or training for the activities you love. This is personal training designed around your body and your lifestyle.

    Starting at $100/session

  • Train alongside a friend, partner, or colleague and get the benefits of personal training at a lower cost per person. You'll both receive individualized coaching and programming while sharing the session. A great option for couples or buds looking for accountability and expert guidance.

    Starting at $130/session

  • I come to you. Great if you have a home gym setup or prefer training in your own space. Available throughout East Vancouver and surrounding areas.

    Price Varies depending on location and set up. $120+/session

Frequently Asked Questions

  • No. I work with people at every level, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. We start where you are and progress at the pace that's right for your body.

  • In 1-on-1, you have my full attention for the entire session. In 2-on-1, you train alongside a partner—you'll still get individualized programming, but the session is shared, which makes it more affordable per person.

  • I travel throughout East Vancouver, Commercial Drive, Mount Pleasant, and surrounding neighborhoods. If you're not sure whether your location works, just ask during the consultation.

  • We'll talk about your goals, training history, and any injuries or limitations. Then we'll do a movement assessment so I can see how you move and where we need to focus. You'll leave with a clear picture of what training together looks like.

  • Most clients train 2-3 times per week. That said, Everyone’s life is different. I recommend working 1-on-1 at least once a week.

We train mostly in East Vancouver out of East Van Barbell, a dedicated strength gym in Hastings-Sunrise. Whether you're coming from Commercial Drive, Grandview-Woodland, or anywhere in East Vancouver, you'll find a focused, no-frills space built for getting stronger.

We also offer personal training in Kitsilano and for people with home gyms, we can come to you.
